Timeframe Activity
Short-term
  • By the end of today develop a shopping list of foods that I will stock in my fridge and pantry/cupboard each week.
  • By the end of this week, rearrange the fridge and pantry/cupboard, removing all unhealthy food items.
Medium-term
  • In every dinner for the next 4 weeks I will have at least 5 different vegetables/salads in them.
  • Over the next eight weeks, I will try 8 new herbs or spices to enhance the flavour of my dishes.
Long-term
  • For the next 10 fortnights learn 10 new recipes
  • Each month for the next 3 months, I will try a vegetable, salad or fruit that I previously thought I did not like (maybe using the new flavour-enhancing herbs/spices).
